Businesses and individual makers
We work with both registered businesses and individual makers.
For companies, we issue an invoice to your business and ship a fully declared parcel with all export documents.
Individual makers can order and pay as private customers.

Shipping
- We ship with Georgian Post or FedEx, with tracking.
- Typical delivery to the EU: 10 – 14 days after dispatch for post, 3 – 6 days for FedEx.
- Shipping cost: from €20 to the EU, exact price calculated per destination, order weight and declared price.
- We can ship to you, to your stockists or directly to your end customers.
Customs and VAT in the EU
Parcels from Georgia go through EU customs. Import VAT, and duty if applicable, are paid by the recipient on arrival, usually through the carrier.
If your order is less than €150, you can choose to pre-pay VAT before shipping.

Payment
Bank transfer in EUR, USD or GEL, or card payment online.
You can pay incrementally for every stage of production.
If you ship the wax models, you will pay for casting only after your parcels arrives and we confirm with you that everything was delivered without damages.

Norway, the UK, Switzerland and other countries
We already ship to Norway and are open to clients worldwide. Import rules for precious metals differ from country to country, so we'll go through the details with you before your first order.
